Mrs. Habr gets her nursing diploma from France (DEI), and she is a highly expert with more than 30 years in IVF nursing, reproductive medicine, and healthcare management. She leads clinical, educational, and administrative operations while ensuring excellence in patient-centered fertility care, and participates in contributing to the strategic development and growth of the clinic.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Grace has specialized in the comprehensive management of infertile couples and women with reproductive health disorders, offering compassionate guidance and advanced clinical support throughout every stage of fertility treatment.

She is also actively involved in patient counseling, ovulation induction follow-up, follicular monitoring, and ensuring the highest standards of individualized patient-centered care.

Mrs. Grace spent nearly two decades at Clemenceau Medical Center, affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine, where she served as IVF Unit and Women’s Clinic Nurse Manager. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the development and management of the fertility unit, overseeing nursing operations, quality improvement initiatives, staff education, financial and administrative coordination, and patient care excellence. She was also assigned as a Performance Improvement Nurse and participated in five successful Joint Commission International accreditation processes, reflecting her commitment to maintaining international healthcare standards.

An ESHRE Certified Nurse, Mrs. Grace combines strong leadership, advanced reproductive medicine expertise, and a deep commitment to quality improvement and patient wellbeing.
