Dr Abou Zeid is an American Board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and an Assistant Professor of OBGYN at the Lebanese American University (LAU). He completed his residency training at the University of Illinois and further specialized through advanced training in minimally invasive and robotic surgery at Georgetown University Hospital and Wake Forest University Hospital.
To complement his clinical expertise, he earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (MHCM) from the École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique (EHESP) in France.
Dr. Abouzeid provides comprehensive, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of women’s health, from routine obstetrics to complex surgical interventions. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in laparoscopic and robotic gynecology, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques to treat conditions such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and pelvic pain.
